Where should I place my
link?
Generally you can
place your link everywhere visuable on
you site. The easier your clients can find it
the more booking you generate.
How does NetHotels track
and record reservations? NetHotels uses the "referring
URL" to track reservations. When your site is correctly linked
to our NetHotels page(s), your referring URL will be
associated with any reservation made from your site.
How does a reservation turn into
commission? A visitor to your
site makes a reservation from your NetHotels booking page(s).
The reservation must then actually be completed by the
customer, meaning he/she shows up as arranged and does not
cancel. Once the reservation has been fulfilled, we must
collect the commission from the supplier. After we collect, we
pay your commission to you (see How often do I get
paid?
)
Can you explain the
commission structure? NetHotels pays Affiliates
25% of the commission received for all hotel bookings. This
includes real-time-online booking as well as booking requests,
that have turned into bookings via our local Call Center. You
will not receive commission on any "no-shows" or cancellations
made through NetHotels or directly through the supplier.
How often do I get
paid? You will be paid on an quarterly anual
basis. If your commission for any quarter is less than €250
(approx. $220 USD), the total amount will be carried to the
next quarter. Once it passes €250, a check will be sent to you
at the end of the quarter for the complete amount owed to you
up until the end of that quarter.
What is the minimum booking amount
needed before I can receive commissions? To
receive a check quaterly, your account must accumulate €250 or
more. If you have accumulated less, the amount will carry over
to the next quater or until you have accumulated €250 or
more.
Do I earn commissions from my own
purchases? Yes. You can earn commissions on any
hotel reservation, that you, your friends, family and
customers make from visiting NetHotels through your web site's
affiliate links to us.
