NetHotels AG is still expanding: NetHotels France and Elysées West Hotels agree a strategic alliance
NetHotels.com announced the signing of an important 3 year contract with Elysées West Hotels (EWH), the largest independent hotel chain in Paris.
The contract will supply Elysées West Hotels with real time Reservation technology and their call center reservation system for their 88 member hotels in Paris.
Elysées West hotels have equally chosen NetHotels.com for the development and full maintenance of their web site http://www.ewh.com, currently available in English, French and German languages.

NetHotels France who is operating in conjunction with the major tour operator in France, Visit France, since June 2001, runs a local 24/7 call center with local booking experts. All Paris hotels are bookable online or on request. Currently 120 are NetHotles.com hotel partners.
NetHotels France (http://france.nethotels.com) expects a broad development of their B2B clientele during the first 6 months of 2001. Since the opening of NetHotels Paris (http://paris.nethotels.com) and their call center, together with the commercial force of EWH (19 people, 50 millions francs in gross revenue from their hotels business during 2000), hotels are calling at the rate of 5 per week to join the NetHotels.com community in Paris.
“The advantage of having over 4000 rooms nights available for a given date in Paris makes NetHotels.com and EWH the leaders for independent hotel reservations in our destination” says Annick Benner, responsible for the NetHotels Paris callcenter. “Our commercial strength is due to our excellent knowledge of the hotel business and being able to focalise on not just what clients need, but the hotels as well. We will generate more and more sales through businesses applying our ‘quickbook’ facility on their own Internet sites. Negotiations are underway with 2 major congress organisers as well as some large multinational companies in Paris. NetHotels Lyon (http://lyon.nethotels.com) and Strasbourg (http://strasbourg.nethotels.com) run already as separate destinations in France, with the opening of NetHotels South West (Bordeaux and Toulouse) during the next 6 months.
